Synopsis
Terminator Zero (2024), Season 1 is the franchise's first anime, eight episodes you can watch online on iFILM. It hands the human-versus-machine war to Japanese animation and restarts the timeline from scratch.
The year is 1997. Scientist Malcolm Lee switches on his own AI, Kokoro, built to rival Skynet and, he hopes, to spare humanity its fate. Two travelers chase him out of 2022: Eiko, a soldier sent to keep him alive, and a relentless cyborg sent to end him. His three children get pulled into the hunt while Malcolm argues with Kokoro over whether a machine has any right to decide who deserves to survive. Across the run the season keeps circling the paradox of time travel before it forces one final, irreversible choice.
