Synopsis
Operator (2015) is an American action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Pamela is a veteran 911 dispatcher; her estranged husband Jeremy is a senior police officer. When their daughter is snatched, a voice on the line sets the terms: scatter every available unit to the edges of the city, or never see the girl alive again.
The kidnapper works through other people's hands. To save her, Jeremy and his partner crisscross town following each command, slowly realizing the citywide chaos is cover for something larger. Mischa Barton, Luke Goss and Ving Rhames headline, while directing brothers Amariah and Obin Olson keep things lean — a tight 88-minute race against the clock. It's a small-scale, no-frills picture, but the dispatcher-versus-unseen-enemy hook keeps it ticking. A solid pick for a night when you just want a tense, uncomplicated thriller.
