Basket Case 3

Basket Case 3 (1992) is Frank Henenlotter's splattery horror-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, the third chapter of the cult trash saga about Duane and his deformed, basket-dwelling conjoined twin Belial.

This time Belial becomes a father, and a whole litter of tiny mutant creatures is born. When the police seize the monstrous brood, their enraged mother and her freak relatives go on a rampage to get the babies back. Kevin Van Hentenryck returns as Duane, with Annie Ross as Granny Ruth, matriarch of the freak household. Latex, puppetry and pitch-black gags matter far more than logic here.
