Synopsis

Her longtime companion Felipe offers steady devotion. Bullfighter Ramón dazzles her with nerve. And the Viceroy, undone by a woman so far outside his world, makes the strangest gift he can think of: his golden coach, built for royalty alone. As the rivalries sharpen, Camilla cannot tell where the theatre ends and real life begins — and neither can anyone around her.
