Synopsis
No manches, Frida 2: paraíso destruido (2019) is the sequel to the hit Mexican comedy, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Nacho G. Velilla returns to direct, with Omar Chaparro back as reformed robber Zequi.
Zequi has left crime behind, settled into teaching, and is getting ready to marry Lucy (Martha Higareda). He swears the bachelor party will stay tame. It doesn't. The crew heads off to a resort, one mishap snowballs into the next, and the pre-wedding trip slides into total chaos. With the wedding hanging in the balance and his friends as unreliable as ever, Zequi spends the movie cleaning up messes he didn't make.
Expect the same loud, near-the-knuckle humor as the first film and the same breakneck farce. Chaparro and Higareda reunite, only this time the classroom gives way to beaches and sun.
