Synopsis
A Perfect Plan (Un plan parfait, 2012) is a French romantic comedy from Pascal Chaumeil you can watch online on iFILM. Isabelle is convinced her family is cursed: every first marriage ends in divorce, no exceptions.
So she builds a fix that is both clever and ridiculous. If the first marriage is doomed anyway, she'll waste it on a stranger, divorce fast, and only then say yes to the man she actually loves. She picks an awkward travel writer named Jean-Yves and drags him to Denmark, where weddings take just a couple of days. The plan looks flawless on paper. Jean-Yves turns out to be stubborn, the trip falls apart at every turn, and Isabelle starts feeling exactly what she swore she wouldn't.
Diane Kruger and Dany Boon carry the whole thing on the strength of their bickering. Chaumeil keeps it light and keeps it moving, a road-trip comedy with real chemistry and a few genuinely cringe-worthy detours. Easy watch for a night when you just want to laugh.
