Synopsis

In the winter of 2011, Betsy Faria is found dead at home. Police zero in on her husband Russ, who swears he never touched her, yet a jury sends him away for life. The conviction unravels later, and a far stranger figure steps into the light: Pam Hupp, the neighbor Betsy trusted most. Zellweger buries herself under prosthetics and a too-friendly smile, playing a woman who lies as easily as she chats over coffee. Josh Duhamel and Judy Greer round out the cast.
