Synopsis

Andrew Yancy has been kicked off the Miami force and reduced to inspecting Keys restaurants for health code violations. Then tourists fish a human arm out of the water. If he can turn it into a murder, he's back on the job. The trail runs through a slippery widow named Eve, her vanished husband Nick, and a web of dirty money that reaches from the Bahamas to the local Russian mob. A parade of Florida oddballs gets in his way. So does one very bad monkey.
