The Penguins of Madagascar (2008) is a Nickelodeon animated series — watch all episodes online on iFILM. Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private are four penguins living in New York's Central Park Zoo. On paper, they're exhibits. In practice, they run daily covert operations, tunnel through subway systems, and handle threats that the zookeepers never find out about.

Each episode is a self-contained mission with the urgency of a spy thriller and the logic of a cartoon. Their neighbor King Julien — the ring-tailed lemur who believes the entire zoo revolves around him — complicates most plans without meaning to. The voice cast includes Tom McGrath, John DiMaggio, Danny Jacobs, and Clancy Brown.
