Synopsis

Keith Flick rejoins the Royal Investigation Service just as the body count rises. Sharp enough to read the crime scenes as deliberate — someone is choosing these targets. Running a separate track is Koku: quiet, physically formidable, and connected to a shadowy organization called Market Maker in ways the RIS hasn't pieced together yet. The investigation brings Keith closer to Koku. Koku is searching for Yuna, taken from him long before any of this started. Their stories converge at the old Jaula Blanca facility in a finale that settles some questions and opens others.

Kaela battles the hackers as the poison gas release ticks closer. Keith drags Boris on a chase outside the city, pursuing Koku and one of the gang.

Koku and Keith both pay visits to the Royal Library. Afterward, Lily heads to Keith's apartment to discuss her thoughts on the Killer B case.

Keith sets off in pursuit of Gilbert once more. Koku finds the zeppelin and Minatsuki, but Laica escapes with Yuna in accordance with the prophecy.
