Moscow police want help cracking down on the local Mafia, so the old gang flies in. Their target is Konstantin Konali (Ron Perlman), whose hit video game is being played around the globe — and hides code that can break into any bank or stock exchange on Earth. Michael Winslow still makes every sound effect with his mouth, George Gaynes wanders through with that vacant grin, and the cast sneaks in Christopher Lee plus a very young Claire Forlani. The gags lean on cartoonish 1990s Moscow and the usual academy chaos.
