Far off in the West, bounty hunter, Red Bill, searches for the man who slew his mother. Nearby, in Greenvale, where it hasn't rained for years, local farmer Steve finds gold beneath his land, while Sheriff McCoy comes upon a small fortune.

Strife occurs at Butler's farm when McCoy and Kurt arrive. The ladies face a threat from within.

As Red Bill and McCoy traverse the desert, Eve and Steve must both deal with looming threats.

Red Bill recalls his mentor, Anderson. McCoy remembers his time with his brother, Bronson.

Red Bill and McCoy enter the mines. Steve and Eve face consequences. Bronson runs for governor.
