Synopsis
Cadet Kelly (2002) is a family comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Free-spirited New York teen Kelly lives for self-expression, right up until her new general stepfather transfers her into a strict military academy full of uniforms and straight lines.
Hilary Duff plays Kelly at the height of her Disney run: pink hair, sharp comebacks, and zero patience for marching drills. Her main thorn is cadet captain Jennifer (Christy Carlson Romano), who runs everything by the book. Instead of buckling under the discipline, Kelly tries out for the precision drill team and stumbles onto the one thing she's genuinely great at. Shawn Ashmore turns up as a likable upperclassman who sees past her rebel act.
