Aesha and Ryan's opposing views on service are tested during an explosive lunch; Brittini stands up for herself on deck, while Benny takes issue working in the anchor locker; Captain Jason introduces a most improved award that isn't well received.

Benny struggles to stay motivated on deck, while Jamie tries to keep his team in line; Ryan and Aesha's galley communication comes to a head when the guests aren't ready for service; the crew comes together to throw a vow renewal ceremony.

The crew gets in hot water with Captain Jason; Magda struggles in the laundry; a pirate-themed party challenges Culver to earn his title of "Entertainment Officer," but when guests ask him to jump in the hot tub, Tumi is shocked by what she sees.

The crew unravels as demanding charter guests push them to their limits. Jamie and Tumi disagree over Culver's actions. In an attempt to keep Captain Jason happy, Jamie tries to take control of his deck team.

Aesha gives Magda a second chance at service; safety issues come to a head between Captain Jason and Jamie, but when Jamie doesn't agree with the captain's orders, he tries to get the deck team on his side.
