Synopsis

Two years into retirement, JCVD runs into Vanessa — an old love — and signs on for one more job. Cover story: he's shooting a low-budget Huckleberry Finn adaptation in Bulgaria. Actual mission: dismantle a local drug network. Vanessa is his handler now, which makes everything more complicated. Each operation goes sideways in a new way. His assistant Luis gets pulled into things nobody asked him about. The line between the film set and the real job blurs — mostly by his own doing.
