Synopsis
Not Like Dad 2: Granddad (2025) is a Russian comedy-drama series you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Ilya Uchitel. Max's parents are divorcing, so for the summer he gets packed off to the countryside — to a grandfather who fought in the war and has never made anything particularly easy for anyone.
The series moves across three time periods: the present day, the nineties, and the postwar Soviet Union of the nineteen-forties. Each layer belongs to a different generation of the same family circling the same question — what real love looks like and what it takes to find it.
