Synopsis
Кулинарный техникум (2025) — watch online on iFILM. Directed by Dmitry Yan, this Russian comedy series follows Slava Vinogradov, a polished Moscow chef who comes back to his provincial hometown of Staroozersk after years away. His father is the deputy head of the local culinary school. That's the first piece of news.
The second is bigger: a seventeen-year-old boy is enrolled there — a student his father has known for years, who turns out to be Slava's son. He had no idea. To get anywhere near the kid without making things worse, and to patch things up with his father, the big-city chef takes a job as a teacher. The comedy comes less from kitchen disasters than from watching someone overconfident in his credentials discover that teenage sons and provincial towns are immune to them. Starring Vladislav Vetrov.
