People of Earth (Seasons 1–2)

People of Earth (2016) is an American comedy series you can stream online on iFILM. Reporter Ozzie Graham, played by Wyatt Cenac, arrives in the small town of Beacon to write a piece on a support group for alien abductees. He goes in armed with skepticism. He doesn't stay that way.

The group — StarCrossed — is built from ordinary, believable people who share an impossible memory. Created by David Jenkins with Greg Daniels (The Office) among the producers, the show refuses to play anyone as simply deluded: the extraterrestrials get their own subplot running in parallel, and they're not having a smooth time either. Ana Gasteyer, Oscar Nuñez and Alice Wetterlund round out an ensemble that keeps the comedy grounded in character rather than absurdity.
