Comfort Zone (Zona komforta, 2020) is a Russian comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Yaroslav Kostrov is the loud, slippery owner of a small trucking company in Murmansk. Through a string of absurd mishaps he winds up locked in a Norwegian prison — except this jail feels more like a decent hotel: private room, all the amenities, working Wi-Fi.

Yarik's whole life now fits inside a Skype window. From behind the screen he tries to run his business, fend off the mafia, keep his clients, hold his marriage together and somehow raise kids who flatly refuse to take parenting over a video call. Garik Kharlamov carries the lead and milks it for everything: the man claws out of one mess only to fall straight into the next. The deeper it goes, the more ridiculous the setups — and the funnier the payoff.
