Uni (Seasons 1–5)

Uni (2008) — watch online on iFILM — is a Russian comedy series from the TNT channel, following a group of university students crammed into the same dorm block in Moscow. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom, zero personal space — and somehow they become each other's main characters.

The ensemble includes Vitaly Gogunsky as the hapless Kuzya, Maria Kozhevnikova as the calculating Kristina, and Andrey Gaydulyan as the good-natured Edik. Pavel Volya plays a philosophy student who decorates his room with aphorisms and doesn't seem to attend classes. Ararat Keshchyan's Nariman treats every Moscow custom as a cultural revelation.

The series ran on TNT from 2008 to 2011 and eventually grew into a full spin-off, Uni: New Dorm. It's a snapshot of Russian student life in the late 2000s — no glamour, constant chaos, and funnier than the setup deserves. Stream all episodes of Uni online on iFILM.
