Hungama

Hungama (2003) is an Indian comedy of errors you can watch online on iFILM. A handful of people each tell a small lie to get ahead, and the lies snowball into a tangle of mistaken identities, jealousy and one apartment too many people claim to rent.

Director Priyadarshan runs it as pure farce: a young woman, a struggling musician and a wealthy businessman get knotted together by a single misunderstanding that keeps growing. Akshaye Khanna, Aftab Shivdasani and Rimi Sen take the leads, but Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav are the engine — their shouting matches carry half the laughs. It's a Bollywood redo of an older Malayalam comedy, all slamming doors, running feet and confusion built out of nothing. Put it on when you just want to laugh and not track a plot.
