Season 1
Synopsis
The Bourne Identity (1988), Season 1 is a two-part TV thriller you can watch online on iFILM — the first screen take on Robert Ludlum's novel, years before the Matt Damon films. Richard Chamberlain plays the lead.
Shot and thrown overboard in a storm, a man washes up on the French coast with no memory and a single clue: a Swiss bank account number. Part two turns the hunt for his past lethal — strangers want him dead, and his own scattered memories line up, disturbingly, with the work of a world-class terrorist. Spy or assassin? Marie (Jaclyn Smith) ends up at his side as he tries to find out.
It is old-school espionage, slower than the later movies but honest about its stolen-identity puzzle. Stream The Bourne Identity Season 1 online on iFILM.
