Synopsis
The Bletchley Circle (2012) is a British mystery series you can watch online on iFILM. London, 1952. Four women who once cracked enemy codes at Bletchley Park have long since folded back into quiet domestic life.
They keep silent about the war — bound by the Official Secrets Act, and besides, who would believe housewives helped beat the Nazis. Then Susan spots a pattern in a string of murders, reading order where the police see only chaos, the way she once read German ciphers. She can't do it alone, so she pulls her old team back together: Millie, Lucy and Jean. Their weapons are logic, memory and an eye for the shape hiding in the noise.
The cast is led by Anna Maxwell Martin, Rachael Stirling, Sophie Rundle and Julie Graham. The ITV show ran two seasons and nails postwar Britain — ration books, cramped kitchens, men who won't take a clever woman seriously.
