Synopsis
Cars on the Road (2022), Season 1 is a Pixar animated series you can watch online on iFILM — nine episodes that send Lightning McQueen and Mater east out of Radiator Springs toward Mater's sister's wedding, with a whole country in between.
Each stop is its own little genre. A dinosaur park curdles into a prehistoric nightmare. A rain-soaked motel turns into a four-wheeled ghost story. Out on the salt flats Mater catches a craving for record speed, and on a film set the pair get drafted into a low-budget zombie picture. Between the gags, the two friends keep circling the question of what the trip is really for, and the closer the wedding gets, the more the miles wear on them.
