Synopsis
Next Gen (2018) is an animated adventure you can watch online on iFILM. Mai, a sullen teen who's sick of a world obsessed with gadgets, stumbles into a friendship with 7723, a top-secret combat robot.
The catch: 7723's memory only holds so much, and to keep their bond Mai asks him to shut down his weapons systems. The closer they get, the harder it becomes for him to choose between protecting her and the firepower built into his frame. Behind it all sits a tech corporation pushing new bots every year and a man eager to turn them into weapons. The voice cast brings together Charlyne Yi, John Krasinski, Jason Sudeikis and Michael Peña.
