Synopsis
Missing (2012), Season 1 — a ten-episode American spy thriller to watch online on iFILM. Ashley Judd plays Becca Winstone: quiet suburban life, a long-retired CIA past, and a son named Michael studying abroad in Europe.
Then Michael vanishes. Becca is on a flight to Rome before the authorities finish their report, and the retirement ends on the tarmac. She negotiates a deal with French intelligence, gets classified as a fugitive by her own agency, and traces a thread across European cities — while Michael, held somewhere else entirely, tries to work out why he was taken and by whom. Sean Bean co-stars. Ten episodes with almost no filler is unusual for a network thriller of this era, which makes the season move at a pace closer to cable than broadcast.
