Mythic Quest (2020–2024) is the Apple TV+ workplace comedy you can watch online on iFILM. It's set inside the studio behind the world's biggest multiplayer online game, where the fiercest battles aren't fought on screen but between the people making it.

At the center sit egomaniac creative director Ian Grimm (Rob McElhenney) and his frazzled lead engineer Poppy Li (Charlotte Nicdao), whose tug-of-war over the game's direction powers the whole show. Around them: a jaded head writer played by F. Murray Abraham, two young streamers, monetization-obsessed producers, and testers surviving down in the basement. The series comes from Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, and Megan Ganz, alumni of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

The writing nails the absurdity of the games business while staying surprisingly tender. One standalone flashback episode about two 1980s developers was singled out by critics as a season highlight.
