Synopsis

DC Showcase: Kamandi: The Last Boy on Earth! (2021) is an animated action short you can watch online on iFILM. Eighteen minutes drawn from Jack Kirby's comic: a far-future Earth where humanity has all but vanished and talking beasts have carved up the planet.

Kamandi, alongside Prince Tuftan of the Tiger Kingdom and the mutant Ben Boxer, is captured by a gorilla cult. Its members are hunting the reincarnation of their deity, The Mighty One, and run their prisoners through a gauntlet of lethal trials. Cameron Monaghan voices Kamandi, with cartoon veteran Steve Blum among the cast.
