When New Vestroia is invaded and it's residents enslaved, Dan and Drago must join together to battle the attackers.

Dan, Marucho and Mira join together to form a resistance. Dan must prove himself in an extra trial when resistance leader Ace forces him to battle Percival.

Dan and Baron get pumped-up before they go into battle. Baron proves his bravery and skill by teaming up with Nemus to do battle.

Marucho watches Dan and the rest of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers Resistance become a close-knit team.

When Spectre's new sidekick Gus runs into the Brawlers, he goes into battle with Dan to try and teach him a lesson.

Dan goes in search of Gus for a rematch, but when they get down to the brawl Spectre arrives with a big surprise.

The Brawlers help Mira in her quest to find out the truth about what happened to her brother, but while investigating they discover a secret about her father.

Shun and Ace pair up to enter the Bakugan tournament, but they can't seem to get along. They may not be able to work together as a team when the battles commence.

Shun and Ace face a tough fight when Vexos unleash their new Bakugan. Meanwhile, Dan and the others race to find the dimension controller in order to free the Bakugan.

Runo is determined to find a way to New Vestroia to join Dan in saving the Bakugan.

The Vexos try to lure Dan and the gang into joining them. Meanwhile, Marucho and Shun target the Gate Controller.

After realising they have to wait to return to New Vestroia, Dan and the Battle Brawlers decide to enjoy some R & R at an amusement park while they plan their next move.

When Marucho and Ace are tricked into entering the dimensional vortex and are transported to a strange, deserted place. Can they battle their way home?

Marucho finds himself in a desert with Elfin. After falling into quicksand, he is rescued by Volt who later engages him in a battle. Marucho seems to be doing well with his new trap, Tripod Epsilon but when Volt pulls out his trap, Dynamo, things get rough and Marucho is defeated. Back on Earth, Mira and Baron hang out at Dan's, who after waking up from a dream, is still eager to return to New Vestroia in order to help Shun and Marucho.

Still desperately searching for Marucho, Shun travels to Beta City. But while there, he has to fight against the Vexos.

Spectre wants Dan's powerful Bakugan, so he challenges him to a winner takes all battle. Who will come out on top?

Dan is feeling down after losing Drago to Spectre in battle, so he goes into training to try and win back his Bakugan.

Spectre has turned Drago into an evil Bakugan so Dan must do battle with him to free Drago from his clutches.

When Link makes a deal with Spectre to spy on Dan, he tricks his sister Alice into taking him to Vestroia. Meanwhile, Mira betrays the Brawlers.

Dan and Baron mistakenly wander into Spectra's battle arena while looking for Shun, Ace and Marucho. Let the brawling begin!

Mira battles Spectra to decide if she will join forces with her brother and try to take over the world, however, Spectra has a surprise in store.

The gang have one last controller to destroy before all of the Bakugan can be freed - but could this be trap?

Dan and Ace face a showdown with Gus and Mira if they are to destroy Spectre and save the Bakugan, but Mira has a surprise in store for her old friends.

After King Zenoheld creates the Bakugan Termination System and defeats the six ancient warriors for their attribute energies, the warriors sacrifice themselves to evolve Drago and the other Bakugan, warning Dan and his friends that New Vestroia is in danger.

As King Zenoheld sends the Vexos to steal the Six Elemental Attributes, Baron Leltoy is defeated by Prince Hydron in battle, losing the Haos energy and racing to warn the Resistance before the others are targeted.

While Ace Grit searches for a home for Baron, he battles Mylene Farrow for the Darkus Energy and, with help from Klaus Von Hertzon and Sirenoid, manages to drive her away before the Vexos can claim it.

After learning the Vexos are targeting the attribute energies, Shun Kazami travels to New Vestroia, where Master Ingram overcomes self-doubt and defeats Lync Volan to protect the Ventus energy.

At Klaus' Mansion, Dan Kuso defeats Spectra Phantom in a fierce battle with the help of his friends and Drago’s newly gained power, while Spectra vows they will battle again.

While Spectra Phantom deceives the people of Vestal, Alice Gehabich briefly overcomes her fear of becoming Masquerade to battle Shadow Prove, whose victory destroys the Resistance’s transporter system and traps Dan’s group on Vestal.

King Zenoheld tries to get the Brawlers to return to Earth. The team suspect that it is a trap when they return home, as Shadow Prove's attack on Alice has been made public.

The Brawlers return back to Earth and see Shun, Runo and Julie waiting for them. In order to evade the Vexos, everyone stays at Marucho's house which is equipped with a shield to hide the attribute energies' signal.

The Brawlers continue to hide out from the Vexos in Marucho's mansion, protected by the Barrier Shield. However, Elfin is restless and begins talking big about facing off with the Vexos.

The Brawlers continue to hide out from the Vexos in Marucho's mansion, when they are paid a surprise visit by Baron's sister Maron. Having already lost his Bakugan's Attribute Energy to the Vexos, Baron decides it is safe to take her out to see the sites.

The Brawlers continue to hide from the Vexos in Marucho's mansion, when they are paid a surprise visit by their old pal Billy. They now learn that Marucho has built a virtual reality system where they can Brawl without fear of losing their Attribute Energies to the Vexos.

With the Brawlers' hiding spot now exposed, the pressure is on. Dan comes up with a plan to storm the Mother Palace in a pre-emptive strike on the Vexos. The only problem is that the Brawlers don't know where the Palace is.

Spectra makes good on his bet with Dan and takes the Brawlers to the Mother Palace; once there, the Brawlers immediately take off in search of the Battle Termination System in order to destroy it.

As Dan and the Brawlers continue their search for the Bakugan Termination System, they run into an ambush by the Palace Guards. The Brawlers are forced to separate.

Unaware that the battlefield is a trap, Dan and Spectra engage in a brawl with Prince Hydron. Soon the other Brawlers show up and reveal that the deck has been stacked by the Vexos.

With the Bakugan Termination System fired up and seconds away from being fully operational, the Brawlers begin a large-scale evacuation of Bakugan from New Vestroia.

With the Bakugan Termination System destroyed, the Brawlers head back to Earth. The gang encounters a group of strange and unfamiliar Bakugan who appear to want to battle but have no Brawlers to work with.

With the Brawlers back on Earth and life getting back to normal, it does not take long for Spectra to show up and throw a spanner in the works.

After Marucho demonstrates that the Brawlers' phantom data is the same as the data Keith received, the newest member of the Brawlers convinces them to let him outfit Drago with Battle Gear.

When Zenoheld declares that he is going to use Clay's Alternative Weapons System to destroy Earth and Vestal, Volt decides that he has had enough.

Professor Clay reveals to Zenoheld that in order to finish the Alternative he will require the DNA Code and the Battle Gear Data from the Brawlers. Mylene is immediately dispatched to retrieve it.

Mylene finds herself next in line to try and retrieve the data Zenoheld requires to complete the Alternative weapons system.

Mylene's Death Ball causes the collapse of Bakugan Interspace. Marucho makes a desperate attempt to contain the destruction, but is only able to evacuate Mira and Keith.

Hydron discovers that a fellow prisoner is none other than Gus Grav, who was presumed dead.

Alice and Dr. Michael use the teleportation signature left behind by Shadow and Mylene to backtrack to the palace; Zenoheld continues his attack, forcing Spectra and Gus to retreat and come up with a plan to counter.

Shun guides the team through the Alternative, where the Brawlers fend off an attack from four mysterious Bakugan before they can shut down the ship's reactor.
