Synopsis
Keep Breathing (2022) Season 1 is the six-episode Netflix survival drama you can watch online on iFILM, with Melissa Barrera as a New York lawyer whose private flight goes down deep in the Canadian wilderness.
From there it's one woman against the wild. The plane settles beneath a freezing lake, so Liv Rivera dives for supplies, fights to make fire, find water and build shelter, then pushes through dense forest toward a light she glimpsed in the dark. The harder battle is internal. Flashbacks peel back what she was running from and why she was racing to Inuvik in the first place, and as she drifts between waking and blackout she has to choose: keep clawing for life, or let go.
This isn't a conventional adventure series — it's a tight psychological portrait, light on spectacle, heavy on a single person alone with her past. Six lean episodes go down in one sitting. If you like survival told as a reckoning with your own demons, this season fits. Stream Keep Breathing Season 1 online on iFILM.
