Synopsis
Brawl in Cell Block 99 (2017) is an American crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Director S. Craig Zahler built the film around Vince Vaughn as Bradley Thomas — a former boxer turned drug courier who ends up in prison just as his wife, played by Jennifer Carpenter, discovers she is pregnant.
Locked up for seven years, Bradley gets a visit from a stranger with a clear threat: kill a specific inmate in the maximum-security wing of Cell Block 99, or the unborn child pays the price. Don Johnson plays the prison warden — a man who runs his block the same way most crime bosses run a territory. Bradley has to get himself transferred there first, and getting transferred means getting into enough trouble to earn a one-way ticket downstairs.
