Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast

Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast (2014) is a Disney animated adventure you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Steve Loter, the film drops a huge, mysterious creature into Pixie Hollow and sends the scout fairies scrambling to lock it down before it wrecks their home.

Fawn, the animal fairy, refuses to read the beast by its fangs. She feeds it, follows it, and slowly figures out the giant is gathering stones for a reason no one else has guessed. That puts her at odds with scout captain Nyx, who wants the thing caged. Tinker Bell and the others have to choose a side fast, because the sky over the hollow keeps darkening.

This is the seventh Disney Fairies feature, a gentle 77-minute story with no real villain, voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin, Mae Whitman, Rosario Dawson and Anjelica Huston. It lands best as a calm family pick for younger kids who like the idea of befriending the scary thing everyone else runs from.
