A wandering spirit known only as "A" wakes up each morning inside a different person's body — new family, new school, new face — and must slip away by nightfall without leaving a trace.

Then "A" meets Rhiannon, played by Angourie Rice, and the rule starts to crack. She falls for someone she can never expect to look the same way twice; he falls for someone he can never fully reach. The film explores the idea of loving a person stripped of every surface detail — no gender, no appearance, no name. Justice Smith, Maria Bello, and Debby Ryan round out the cast.
