The witness is Eddie Bunker (Yasiin Bey) — a chatty small-time crook who doesn't fully grasp that someone wants him dead before he reaches the courthouse. Sixteen blocks. Under two hours. That's all it should take. But within minutes, gunfire erupts and it's clear that several of Jack's own colleagues are working against them. What unfolds is a cat-and-mouse chase through lower Manhattan, with Jack — half-drunk, out of shape — holding the only thing he has left: a shred of professional conscience.
