Synopsis
Dead Snow (Død snø, 2009) is a Norwegian horror-comedy about Nazi zombies that you can watch online on iFILM. Eight medical students head to a remote mountain cabin for a ski holiday full of beer, snowmobiles and bad decisions.
The vacation curdles fast once the snow starts to move. A battalion of German soldiers, left to die in these slopes at the end of the war, claws its way out of the ice with a taste for blood. The kids fight back with chainsaws, shovels and anything within reach as the white mountainside turns crimson. Vegar Hoel and Stig Frode Henriksen lead the cast.
Director Tommy Wirkola pours on the splatter and the deadpan jokes, tipping his hat hard to Sam Raimi's Evil Dead.
