Synopsis

Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984) is a Paramount sci-fi adventure you can watch online on iFILM — and its most unusual credit is the director's chair, occupied by Leonard Nimoy himself.

After the defeat of Khan, Captain Kirk (William Shatner) learns that Spock's consciousness survived — trapped inside McCoy's mind and slowly tearing the doctor apart. Spock's Vulcan father Sarek has one answer: go to the Genesis Planet. Kirk steals the Enterprise, defies a Federation quarantine, and heads straight into restricted space. He's not alone out there. Klingon commander Kruge — played with icy menace by Christopher Lloyd — is already en route to claim Genesis as a weapon, and he is not interested in prisoners.

Nimoy's directorial debut in the franchise is a tighter, more personal story than its predecessor: a film about what a crew will sacrifice to bring one of their own back. Stream Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984) online on iFILM.
