The Rocky Horror Picture Show

The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) is the musical horror spoof you can watch online on iFILM. Newly engaged Brad and Janet blow a tire on a rainy back road and knock on the nearest mansion looking for a phone.

The door opens on the wrong host entirely. Dr Frank-N-Furter, an alien scientist in a corset and heels, is just finishing his experiment: a flawless muscleman named Rocky. From there the two squares get swept into a night of songs, seduction and rules no decent town would allow. Tim Curry turns Frank-N-Furter into an icon, with a young Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick along for the ride.

Director Jim Sharman adapted Richard O'Brien's London stage musical, and the film grew into a midnight ritual: crowds show up in costume, shout the lines and throw rice at the screen.
