Synopsis
Dragonball Evolution (2009) is a live-action sci-fi adventure from director James Wong — watch it online on iFILM. The film brings Akira Toriyama's beloved manga to the screen with Justin Chatwin as Goku and Chow Yun-Fat as the wise Master Roshi.
On his eighteenth birthday, Goku receives one of the seven mystical Dragon Balls as a gift from his grandfather. That same night, the warlord Piccolo attacks, and the old man is killed. Now Goku must track down the remaining six balls before Piccolo collects them and uses their wish-granting power to destroy the planet. Emmy Rossum plays the resourceful Bulma, and James Marsters brings menace to the villain Piccolo.
