A Simple Favor

A Simple Favor (2018) is Paul Feig's stylish mystery thriller with a wicked sense of humor, available to watch online on iFILM. It tracks how one small favor between friends spirals into a missing-person investigation.

Stephanie (Anna Kendrick) is an earnest mommy vlogger from a quiet suburb who keeps her whole life color-coded. Emily (Blake Lively) is her exact opposite — sharp, glamorous, a PR director who sips martinis in the afternoon inside a house that looks like a gallery. Their sons are friends, and the two women fall into an unlikely closeness. Then Emily asks Stephanie to pick her boy up from school and simply vanishes. Stephanie starts digging, teaming up with Emily's husband Sean (Henry Golding), only to find that everyone tells a different story.
