Synopsis

That peace breaks when Gabriela, the granddaughter of his housekeeper, crosses into Mexico to find her birth father and vanishes. Rambo has raised her like his own daughter, so he heads south, straight into a cartel that traffics young women. The old soldier picks up the knife again. This time the battlefield is the tunnel system beneath his own home, and the stakes are the last family he has left.
