The Amityville Horror

The Amityville Horror (2005) is a supernatural horror film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Andrew Douglas. It revisits a Long Island case that began one November night in 1974, when six members of the DeFeo family were shot dead in their beds. The killer was their own son — who later blamed voices coming from inside the house.

Ryan Reynolds and Melissa George play George and Kathy Lutz, a couple who move into the same Ocean Avenue property a year later with three kids in tow and a price tag too good to question. Within days, George stops sleeping. Then he stops being himself. A young Chloë Grace Moretz plays the ghost of a girl who attaches herself to the Lutz's youngest child.
