Trainwreck

Amy (Amy Schumer, who also wrote the script) works for a men's glossy and treats monogamy as a fairy tale her dad debunked when she was a kid. Her editor sends her to profile sports doctor Aaron (Bill Hader). He turns out charming, awkwardly honest and clearly after something real. For once Amy doesn't sneak out at dawn, and she has no idea what to do about it.

Apatow loosens up the rom-com formula with his trademark improv and some odd casting. NBA star LeBron James plays himself as Aaron's overprotective friend, and wrestler John Cena shows up as one of Amy's exes. Schumer poured her own sharp stand-up voice straight into the screenplay.
