About

Synopsis

Dude, Where's My Car? (2000) — watch online this gloriously dumb comedy directed by Danny Leiner, streaming on iFILM. Ashton Kutcher and Seann William Scott play Jesse and Chester, two best friends who wake up with no memory of the night before and one urgent problem: their car is gone.

The girlfriends are furious. The anniversary gifts — bought and ready — are in the missing car. So Jesse and Chester retrace the previous night step by step, which involves a pair of exotic dancers, a mysterious briefcase, a cult in matching tracksuits, and a group of aliens who keep demanding the return of something called the continuum transfunctioner. The details get stranger from there.

Director Danny Leiner plays every absurd beat completely straight, which is exactly why it works. Shot in 2000 on a $13 million budget, the film grossed $46 million worldwide and built a cult following that outlasted a lot of smarter comedies from the same era. Stream Dude, Where's My Car? (2000) in full on iFILM.
