Wet Hot American Summer

Camp director Beth tries to hold the place together while falling for a local astrophysics professor — who happens to be racing to stop a chunk of NASA's Skylab from crashing down on them. Add a waterfall rescue, a tangle of counselor romances, a few oddballs, and a can of talking vegetables. Everything, naturally, has to be sorted out before the big talent show that night.

The film cheerfully spoofs the teen-camp comedies of the 1980s, and its real legacy is the cast. Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Bradley Cooper, Amy Poehler and Christopher Meloni all show up here years before they were famous.
