Synopsis

Flypaper (2011) is a crime comedy wrapped around a whodunit that you can watch online on iFILM. Minutes before closing, two separate gangs of robbers storm the same bank at the same time and walk straight into each other.

One crew cracks the vault with slick high-tech gear; three small-town goofs attack the ATMs with a power drill. The hostages are stuck in the crossfire, and the jumpiest of them is oddball customer Tripp, played by Patrick Dempsey, who fell for teller Kaitlin, played by Ashley Judd, the second he saw her. While trying to keep everyone alive, he notices something off: people keep dying, and nobody in this lobby seems to be here by accident. Tripp starts piecing together who really set the whole thing up.

The film comes from Rob Minkoff, director of Stuart Little, working off a script by the writers of The Hangover. It's a rare hybrid, blending a heist, a farce and a locked-room mystery in the spirit of Agatha Christie into ninety brisk minutes. Stream Flypaper (2011) online on iFILM.
