Then Jess meets Landon, an out-of-towner with a job at a large corporation that has been quietly eyeing their small town for development.

Sam (Stephanie Lynn) panics on two fronts at once: she's losing her closest friend to a new relationship, and the company Landon works for could erase the life they've built in this corner of New England. Alexandra Case plays Jess, caught between a promising romance and the community she's always known.
