Synopsis
Blackjack (1998) is a Canadian-American TV action thriller directed by John Woo — watch online on iFILM. Dolph Lundgren plays Jack Devlin, a professional bodyguard who picks up an unusual liability after a bomb blast: he freezes at the sight of the color white.
When a friend's bodyguard job goes sideways, Jack steps in to protect a supermodel targeted by hired killers. Figuring out who sent them means walking back into exactly the situation his phobia makes worst. Woo made the film between Broken Arrow and Face/Off, and his fingerprints are all over it — slow-motion standoffs, tight close-ups, characters who have no clean exit.
