Manhunt

Manhunt (追捕, 2017) is a John Woo action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Zhang Hanyu plays Du Qiu, a prosecutor who wakes up next to a dead woman in a Tokyo hotel room with no memory of the night before. The police close in immediately. He runs — because running is the only way to prove he didn't do it.

Japanese detective Taro Nishiwaki, played by Masaharu Fukuyama, gets the assignment to bring him in. The chase stretches across Japan: motorcycle sequences, close-quarters gunfights and the kind of extended action set pieces that made Woo's name in Hong Kong cinema. Han Ji-won and Tao Okamoto round out the international cast in a film that deliberately blends Chinese, Japanese and Korean talent on screen.
