Synopsis
Europa Report (2013) is a science-fiction thriller from director Sebastián Cordero, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Six astronauts ride a privately funded ship toward Jupiter's frozen moon, where a hidden ocean might be sheltering life.
The film unfolds as recovered footage: cockpit cameras, mission logs, fragments of radio chatter. Contact with mission control breaks early, and the crew spends most of the voyage cut off, alone with the dark and their own nerves. Michael Nyqvist, Sharlto Copley, Daniel Wu, Christian Camargo and Embeth Davidtz play people who signed up knowing the trip might be one-way. The closer they get, the higher the price of every choice — and someone is ready to die for a single image from beneath the ice.
