Synopsis

It's the summer of 2011. Grace Pine is 22, freshly arrived in Montreal's bohemian Mile End neighbourhood, armed with a plan to write a book about Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill. The plan lasts about a week. An indie rock band pulls her in — she ends up as their publicist, covering their gigs and their chaos. Then she falls for two of them at once: soft-spoken Archie Webber and the harder-to-read Chevy Olsen. Suddenly the book feels very far away.
